Front Desk Coordinator
Description/Responsibilities
This job needs someone who can do some or all of the following:
- Help out at various meetings
- Register attendees and collect any fees
- Work with building or facilities personnel on security, set up and clean up
- Coordinate food or snacks
- Greet attendees and hand out literature onjob openings, on our chapter and its activities, on our affliate professional
organization's activites and other related information
Skills/Experience
All skills are nice to have but not all are required.
- people skills
- PR experience
Time Commitment
Minimum: 2 hours every three weeks
