Judges' Registration
Registration Central is our registration system for the Boston-Northern
New England competitions. When you log in to Registration Central,
you'll see your personalized home page showing all of your competition
activity. From your home page, you can sign up to judge in any of
the competitions or register to submit entries.
Before you register to judge, check the Dates
and Locations page to make sure judges orientation and consensus
judging fit into your schedule.
When you are ready to register:
- Go to Registration
Central.
We recommend that you use Internet Explorer on a Windows machine.
You should make sure that cookies are enabled in your browser
settings.
- Create a new account.
You must create a new account even if you registered in last year's
competitions. You can use this account to register as many entries
in as many competitions as you want. You can also use the account
for registering to submit an entry. Your existing STC account
will not work.
Be sure to provide a mailing address. This is particularly important
for judges in the Technical Publications competitions so we can
mail your assigned entries to you.
IMPORTANT: Write down or remember your user name and
password. The next time you visit Registration Central, you will
need them to log in.
- Click Add/Edit Judging Info.
Fill in the information and select one or more competitions. Be
sure to list any companies you have been affiliated with, and
we will make sure not to assign you entries from that company.
If you are an experienced technical communicator and have judged
before, please consider being a lead judge.
- Click Save Judging Info.
Your Registration Central home page displays your judging information.
